Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, BS Online grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access, view and use this Site solely for lawful business or travel-related purposes. You agree not to interrupt, damage, disable, overburden or attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security of this Site. Access to certain areas or features of the Site may require registration. To become a registered user, you may be required to complete an application or registration form. Certain information requested during registration may be mandatory. You represent and warrant that all information supplied by you regarding yourself, your business, passengers or any other person is true, complete and accurate.

All content available on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, interface elements, icons, images, logos, designs and other materials owned by BS Online may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed or commercially exploited except as expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. You agree to comply with all notices and instructions appearing on this Site regarding the use of its content. The Site may display trademarks, airline logos, service marks, brand names or other intellectual property belonging to third parties. Their display does not grant users any licence, ownership or right to use such intellectual property.

Where the Site provides communication tools, support facilities, messaging functions or other interactive services, users agree to use them only for lawful and appropriate purposes. Users shall not: Defame, abuse, harass, threaten or violate the legal rights, privacy or publicity rights of others. Publish, upload, distribute or transmit defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing, fraudulent or unlawful material. Upload files containing software or other material protected by intellectual property rights unless the user has the necessary rights or permissions. Upload viruses, malicious code, corrupted files or any software capable of damaging computers, servers, networks or systems. Remove copyright notices, ownership notices, legal notices or proprietary labels. Falsify the origin, ownership or source of any document, software, information or uploaded material. Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, booking systems or other restricted areas of the Site.

Any comments, suggestions, enquiries, feedback or other non-confidential communications voluntarily submitted to BS Online through the Site may be used for legitimate business, support, operational and service-improvement purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms gives BS Online ownership of personal information beyond the rights necessary to process such information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

Internet transmissions may not always be completely private or secure. While BS Online may implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, users acknowledge that information transmitted over the internet may be subject to risks outside our reasonable control. Sensitive information such as payment details should only be submitted through authorized and secured payment interfaces provided or approved on the Site. The contents, branding and proprietary materials belonging to BS Online/FlyBridge are protected. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited except where copying or printing is reasonably necessary for using services purchased through the Site.

The following terms may apply to agents, travel partners, suppliers or other registered business users of FlyBridge: The fare charged and accepted at the time of booking shall be treated as agreed between the buyer and seller, subject to airline fare rules, availability, taxes and applicable service charges. Agents and users must verify flight details, passenger names, travel dates, sectors, baggage entitlement and other relevant booking information before confirmation. Passengers and agents should verify the latest flight status, schedule changes and operational updates directly with the respective airline before departure. Certain group fares, series fares, fixed-departure fares, promotional fares or specially contracted tickets may be Non-Refundable, Non-Changeable and/or Non-Cancellable, depending on the fare rules displayed or communicated at the time of booking. Payment for Domestic and International bookings must be made within the payment or credit period communicated by BS Online/FlyBridge. Applicable service charges, convenience fees or other charges may be collected in accordance with the fare and service conditions displayed at the time of booking. Cancellation requests shall be processed according to the applicable airline fare rules, FlyBridge cancellation policy and the terms applicable to the particular booking. Where payments remain overdue beyond the approved credit period, BS Online reserves the right, subject to applicable booking conditions and law, to restrict account facilities or take appropriate action concerning unpaid bookings. Refunds will not automatically be adjusted against payment schedules unless specifically approved. Refunds will ordinarily be credited or paid after BS Online receives or confirms the applicable refund from the airline or service provider. TDS and other statutory deductions shall be applied in accordance with applicable Indian law. Relevant certificates may be issued wherever legally required. Any credit limit provided to an Agent or business account shall be subject to limits, security requirements, guarantees, transaction history and other conditions determined by BS Online. Users requesting refunds for unused or “No Show” air bookings must submit requests within the period prescribed under the applicable airline and FlyBridge refund policy. Eligibility and refund amounts shall remain subject to the airline's fare rules and applicable charges. Refunds of eligible unused account balances may be requested through the official support channels published on flybridge.in. Approved refunds may be processed through banking channels such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or other legally permitted payment methods. Cash refunds may not be available.

All bookings are subject to seat availability, fare availability, airline confirmation and successful payment or approved credit arrangements. Airline cancellation, rescheduling, name correction, name change, baggage, seat selection and refund rules vary according to airline and fare type. BS Online/FlyBridge acts as a travel intermediary and cannot override an airline's applicable fare rules. Where a booking is eligible for cancellation or refund, the amount refunded may be reduced by: Airline cancellation charges Supplier charges Applicable FlyBridge service or cancellation charges Payment gateway charges where applicable Taxes or statutory deductions where applicable Other charges disclosed under the applicable fare conditions Some fares may provide zero refund after cancellation or No Show. Refund processing timelines may depend on receipt or confirmation of funds from the airline, supplier, payment gateway or relevant service provider.

The information and materials available on this Site may occasionally contain technical, pricing or typographical errors. BS Online may correct or update such information where necessary. The Site and its services are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law. BS Online does not guarantee that the Site will always operate without interruption, delay, technical error or temporary unavailability. Flight schedules, fares, availability, baggage information, airline rules and similar information may originate from airlines, APIs, suppliers or other third-party service providers. Such information may change without prior notice. Users are responsible for verifying important travel information before departure. Access to the Site may occasionally be interrupted by factors outside the reasonable control of BS Online, including internet failures, telecommunications issues, third-party API failures, airline system downtime, payment gateway problems, maintenance or other technical events. BS Online/FlyBridge primarily acts as an intermediary facilitating travel bookings and related services. Airlines and other travel service providers remain responsible for delivering the underlying transportation or service purchased by the customer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BS Online shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Products, fares and services displayed on the Site are subject to availability. A fare, flight, seat, service or travel product displayed during a search is not guaranteed until booking confirmation has been successfully completed. Availability, fare and service conditions may vary depending upon location, route, airline, supplier and travel date.

BS Online may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms and Conditions shall become effective when published on flybridge.in, unless otherwise stated. Users are encouraged to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law. BS Online may modify, discontinue, suspend or update certain Site functions, services or content where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, technical, regulatory or security reasons.

BS Online reserves the right to implement reasonable security and verification procedures to protect FlyBridge systems, customers, agents, suppliers and business partners. Bookings, payment transactions or account activities may be subjected to authentication, fraud-prevention, verification and security checks. Where a transaction cannot be safely or successfully verified, BS Online may place the transaction under review, restrict processing or request additional verification.

BS Online reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the Site where a user violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, payment obligations or security requirements. No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless authorized by BS Online. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India. Where a dispute arises concerning the use of FlyBridge or services provided by BS Online, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. Where arbitration is applicable and legally agreed between the parties, arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration law and in the English language. Subject to applicable law and any valid arbitration agreement, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
